15.6. SA Federal Misuse of Government-Issued Weapons Act

Government personnel—including police officers, FIB agents, and military members—who unlawfully discharge, sell, loan, lose, or fail to properly secure federally issued firearms shall be subject to federal penalties.

Penalty:

• Up to 220 Months imprisonment

• Mandatory termination from public service or employment

• Lifetime disqualification from holding any public office or government position
