6.1. LS Federal Civil Rights Violations Act

Any federal or state official involved in violations of an individual's civil rights, such as unlawful detainment, discrimination, or abuse of authority, will be subject to prosecution.

Penalty: Fines up to $250,000, and civil suits for damages
