14.4. SA Federal Arms Trafficking and Smuggling Act
Importing, exporting, selling, or transporting firearms, ammunition, or related weaponry across state or international borders without proper federal authorization or licensing constitutes arms trafficking.
Penalty:
Up to 150 Months imprisonment
Fine up to $20,000
Forfeiture of vehicles, containers, funds, and all assets used in the trafficking operation
