14.4. SA Federal Arms Trafficking and Smuggling Act

Importing, exporting, selling, or transporting firearms, ammunition, or related weaponry across state or international borders without proper federal authorization or licensing constitutes arms trafficking.

• Forfeiture of vehicles, containers, funds, and all assets used in the trafficking operation
