LS Federal Asset Forfeiture

Assets (e.g., property, vehicles, funds) proven to be connected to criminal activity or illicit operations may be seized and permanently forfeited under the LS Federal Asset Forfeiture Law.

Appeal Process: Affected parties may file an appeal within 14 days of the asset seizure.
