14.6. SA Federal Misuse of Government-Issued Weapons Act

Government personnel—including Law Enforcement officers, FIB agents, and military members who unlawfully discharge, sell, loan, lose, or fail to properly secure issued firearms shall be subject to federal penalties.

Penalty:

• Up to 120 Months imprisonment

• $37,000 Fine

• Mandatory termination from public service or employment

• Lifetime disqualification from holding any public office or government position
