1.2. LS Federal Firearms Act

Possessing, distributing, or trafficking illegal firearms including restricted weapons such as machine guns, explosives, and silencers across city or regional borders without proper licensing (Class B or Class C) is prohibited.

Penalty for Unauthorized Possession:

  • Up to 35 Months imprisonment per weapon

  • Fine: $2,500 per weapon
