14.8. SA Federal Weapons Stockpiling Act

Any person who unlawfully accumulates, hoards, or maintains a cache of firearms, ammunition, explosives, or destructive devices in quantities exceeding lawful limits, with intent to distribute, traffic, or threaten public safety or national security, shall face federal prosecution

Up to 100 months imprisonment

$25,000 Fine

Mandatory forfeiture and destruction of all seized weapons and ammunition

Lifetime prohibition on firearm possession or transfer

Asset seizure of any property used to store or conceal weapons
