7.2. Treason

Defined as actively working to overthrow the government, aiding enemies of the state, or directly attacking LS Federal sovereignty.

• Sentence: Life imprisonment or death penalty upon judicial and DOJ/FIB review

• Disqualifications: Permanent disqualification from any public role, and total asset forfeiture upon conviction
