LS Federal Wiretap Authorization

FIB agents are authorized to conduct wiretaps on suspected criminal communications, with judicial approval, provided there is probable cause related to organized crime, terrorism, or large-scale conspiracies.

Wiretap Logs: Must be documented and reviewed bi-weekly by a designated judge.
