1.4. LS Federal Kidnapping Act

The unlawful transportation, detainment, or holding of a person across LS Federal boundaries—or within city limits—without the individual’s lawful consent is a felony offense. This includes movement by force, deception, or restraint with intent to control, exploit, intimidate, or harm.

Penalty:

  • Sentence: Minimum 50 Months imprisonment, scalable based on intent, duration, and degree of harm caused

  • Fine: $50,000
