15.3. SA Federal Possession of Military-Grade Weapons Act

It is illegal for any civilian, non-military, or non-FIB personnel to possess, transport, or transfer weapons designed for military use, including but not limited to:

• Rocket-Propelled Grenades (RPGs)

• Light Machine Guns (LMGs)

• Explosive Ordnance and related devices

Possession is lawful only under authorized military or FIB operational authority.

Penalty:

• Up to 320 Months imprisonment

• Fine up to $1,500,000

• Mandatory life sentence if used during a violent crime or terrorist act
